  • We currently ship all over Pakistan

  • International shipping is not available at the moment

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Delivery times may vary during sales, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before order confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan

  • Please ensure the correct address and active phone number for smooth delivery

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (if available)

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Rume Nazar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be entertained
